Ailsa has worked with organisations in both the private and public sectors, and has been based in Qatar since 2015, where she was a project manager for Grant Thornton UK LLP in a range of consultation projects involving technical and financial procurement work, as well as setting up a satellite office for the entity, which required her to hold the Senior Executive Function and Single Point of Contact for all compliance and filing requirements.

Following a career break, during which Ailsa focused on the project management of her family life, Ailsa joined MENA Consultants and is responsible for overseeing and running the daily business operations and administration at MENA Consultants. She is in charge of managing personnel, resources and logistics and optimising the operational capabilities of the business. Her previous work in business transformation and cash flow optimisation are an asset to her strong management skills.
